In this pivotal role, you will manage a diverse panel of pediatric patients, from infancy through adolescence, addressing both acute and chronic conditions. You will be responsible for comprehensive well-child care, preventative health, immunizations, developmental screenings, and the diagnosis and treatment of common pediatric illnesses. We are seeking a physician who is passionate about patient education, family-centered care, and contributing to a supportive and collaborative clinical environment.

Patient Care & Treatment

  • Conduct comprehensive well-child examinations, growth monitoring, and developmental screenings.

  • Diagnose and manage acute pediatric illnesses, injuries, and common infectious diseases.

  • Provide ongoing care and management for children with chronic medical conditions.

  • Administer essential immunizations and offer robust preventative health education to patients and families.

  • Counsel parents and guardians on child health, nutrition, safety, and behavioral development.

  • Perform minor in-office procedures specific to pediatric care as needed.

Collaborative Teamwork

  • Work closely with a dedicated team of nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.

  • Engage in multidisciplinary consultations with specialists to provide holistic and integrated care plans.

  • Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and practice efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.

  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatrics.

  • Current and unrestricted California medical license, or eligible to obtain.

  • Current DEA registration.

  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered pediatric care with empathy and professionalism.
